You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of the polls, comments, votes, and other content you post ("User Content"). By posting, you grant PollParty a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and confirm you have the right to share it.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Post unlawful, hateful, harassing, defamatory, or sexually explicit content involving minors.
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Spam, manipulate votes, use bots, or interfere with the Service.
- Attempt to access data or accounts that are not yours.
- Use the Service to violate any applicable law.
6. Moderation

The PollParty name, logo, software, and design are owned by PollParty and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PollParty will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Changes to These Terms
